I have participated in 20+ research cruises since 2011 totaling about 9 months at sea. As a High Resolution Mapping Specialist I have collected and processed data for various scientific objectives including data associated with my own graduate research. I have also served as the Lead Scientific Navigator on diverse scientific cruises with responsibilities including coordination of ship and vehicle operations with scientific goals, training navigation team members, and developing and maintaining protocols and documentation.
